Wholesale access
Products can be browsed without an account. Website prices, account carts, order drafts and preparing an order require sign-in and explicit administrator approval. Approval and account activation are separate. Carts and drafts use current server prices and availability; a saved draft is not a confirmed order.
Assortments and prices
Colors and sizes describe the supplied assortment and cannot be selected individually. Use each product’s displayed selling unit and minimum quantity. Prices use the actual product data.
Order confirmation
The cart prepares an order request on WhatsApp. Opening WhatsApp does not send or confirm it. You send the message, then Factory Group reviews and confirms it. Payment is Cash on Delivery; no online payment gateway is used.
